"There is magic in every beginning" - this magic begins at Pitter Yachtcharter when you are allowed to enjoy the freedom of sailing for the first time. This blog post will definitely make you want to come on board, whether it’s on a spring cruise, when there’s not that much going on on the water and you can still enjoy the peace or in the summer months, when you can jump into the warm, crystal-clear water at any time is possible until autumn, where you can still enjoy mild evenings and a great time. Each season brings its benefits and magic.
Tina tells: A day on board a sailing yacht
"I am lured out of bed by the smell of the scrambled eggs that my grandmother is preparing in the galley (kitchen) and the clattering of dishes. The others are already laying the table on deck. While everyone is enjoying breakfast, the today's schedule was discussed. After breakfast we go to the marina where we can freshen up. On the way there my sister looks into a shop and buys a small souvenir.
As soon as everyone is back on board, the yacht is ready to go and it goes out to the sea again. When we see a picturesque bay nearby, we decide to stop there for a swim, where everyone can either use the ladder or jump directly into the clear water, depending on their mood. This is how we create a wonderful day, with a few swimming stops, the wind in the sails and the picture-perfect water around us, glistening enchantingly in the sun.
In the evening we drive to a port where we moor the yacht and then look for a restaurant where we have dinner. Then we stroll a little through the city. After sunset, a glass of wine is drunk on the yachts deck, and it's already clear that a storm is coming. The weather held out until the middle of the night, but then I quickly noticed that rain was falling through the open window. Everyone is awake for a short time, the windows that are still open are getting closed, and then peace returns.
The following morning, you no longer notice the bad weather of the previous night - another day on board can begin! Just great and that's what many days on board look like - just relax and let your soul dangle."
